I received my professional training as a Health Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition’s (IIN) cutting-edge Health Coach Training Program where I learned innovative and holistic coaching methods, practical lifestyle management techniques, over 100 dietary theories including; Gluten-Free, Raw, Vegan, Macrobiotic and the list goes on.
My education has equipped me with extensive knowledge in holistic nutrition science, neuropsychology of habit change, autoimmune diseases, gut health and so much more! With IIN's support and mind-blowing curriculum, I have immersed myself into the study of integrative healing, mindfulness, preventative natural medicine, and eastern medicine so that I am able to better serve my clients, the people around me and myself on this journey of health and evolution.
I have learned through the concept of bio-Individuality that each individual is intricately unique with unique food and lifestyle needs, and because of this there is no one size fits all diet or one size fits all pill.
Drawing on these skills and my knowledge of different dietary theories, I support clients to make food and lifestyle changes that produce real and lasting results. I teach my clients how to develop a deeper understanding of food and lifestyle choices that work best for them, improving their energy, balance health, and happiness so that you can fully thrive create the life you dream of.
One of the most important things I learned through IIN about health and creating a balanced life is that our health is determined by how all the elements of our lives interact with one another; career, relationships, spirituality, exercise, etc. IIN calls these areas of our life Primary Food, whereas our diet is Secondary food. This means that the people we surround ourselves with, the relationships we have, our careers, and spirituality and how we nourish our soul and our mind has an enormous impact on our health.
As an IIN graduate I have been equipped with the knowledge necessary to guide you to make healthy lifestyle changes, from developing an exercise routine, or a meditation routine to relieve stress, to nourish your relationships, to learn to manage your finances and find work-life balance doing work you love and to create balance in every aspect of your life.
IIN gave me the opportunity to heal myself and to turn my passion for natural healing and holistic health and wellness into a fulfilling profession that will allow me to help others.
