Since going vegan I've really had to make an effort to make vegan versions of recipes I loved before.
Things that I would normally buy at the store or order in, I have to make myself because there aren't many vegan options.
I've never been too much of a fan of Chinese food but I've always loved sweet and sour chicken, I mean who doesn't, right?
